Refund Policy

There are NO refunds on deposits or retainers for services and NO refunds for stationery whatsoever. If you have to make any cancellation of services please notify H&L Lovely Creations directly within at least 90 days prior your event via email at [email protected] and provide details of your event and cancellation reason. H&L Lovely Creations reserves the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by H&L Lovely Creations to have previously taken advantage of H&L Lovely Creations on any or more than one occasion. Any payments you make represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment. Promotional prices are non-transferable and not to be combined with any other offer. Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.
